Multi-axis vibration testing, engineered from the ground up.
CZ Kinetics develops Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) and six-degree-of-freedom vibration test systems, starting with the test frame itself. We are an engineering startup turning hands-on test-floor experience into purpose-built hardware.
From the test frame up.
CZ Kinetics is focused on MIMO projects, product development, and multi-axis vibration testing. We build the hardware and the analysis that goes with it.
MIMO & 6-DOF Testing
Drive a single payload in up to six axes at once, with controller-decorrelated multi-shaker excitation that reproduces real field environments.
Product Development
Purpose-built test hardware: frames, fixtures, couplings, and the supporting electronics, designed and validated in-house.
Systems & Test Engineering
Structural dynamics, fixture and coupling design, and high reaction-mass platforms, backed by analysis and measurement.
The CRUX Test Frame
Parts rarely fail one axis at a time. The real world shakes, twists, and pounds them in every direction at once. CRUX is built to test them the same way: a compact six-degree-of-freedom platform that drives a single payload simultaneously in three translational and three rotational axes, on a stiff, heavily damped frame with a high reaction-mass core.
Single-axis shakers tell part of the story. If a part is going to break, we would rather it break here.

Two engineers, one crux.
Kevin Cross and Brandon Zwink spent their careers on the test floor, building and running the multi-axis systems that qualify critical hardware. At the crux of those careers, they joined forces. CZ Kinetics is the result: a venture aimed squarely at MIMO and six-degree-of-freedom testing, and the equipment that makes it possible.
